Learning takes place through a blend of four live instructor-led sessions, between 2 – 2.5 hours each, plus a total of 15 hours self-learning activities undertaken before the instructor sessions via the MHFA online learning hub. The four live sessions are spread over a 2-4 week period, making it easier to fit in with other commitments.
